I bought my used 2013 Freemont about 1 month ago, i never checked if phone pairing works, well, it did not, not even pulling fuse 131 helped anything, at one point i found this forum, google translate and alot of scrolling i found this amazing post from Gloover.( Thank you so much for the tools)

Next problem was the cable, i watched this Video that someone shared and he didint use delphi connector and not direct connection to hfm.
I figured it out!
It's a computer power supply unit connector "P8/P9" with two pins cut off from P9 so thats what i did.
So i downloaded the program, found a 32bit windows 7 and booted it up in a virual machine.
Connected my cable up, installed drivers, followed the instructions and 5 minutes later evertything WORKS!!!
